I have been practicing law in Florida since 1992. In addition to my private practice, I have served as chief counsel to several hi-tech ventures and served as corporate counsel to a South Florida-based non-profit. I largely focus on Small Business and Corporate Law and the delivery of related legal services such as Business Planning & Counsel, Contracts and Contract Disputes, Commercial Leases, Employment Agreements, Severance Agreements, Consulting Agreements, and Intellectual Property Law including Trademark & Copyright and Technology License Agreements. In addition, I also deal with Health Insurance Benefits and perform Unemployment Compensation Appeals Hearings.

I speak English, French, Hebrew, Yiddish and some Spanish. I have translation services available to address the needs of Spanish-speaking clients.
